As the deadline looms for what is an historical election, and with the final debate over, I'm still largely disappointed in my options for President. My father is very anti-Clinton, loudly stating she's nothing but a liar, while I've read/watched/heard that this statement is 100% applicable to Trump, & Clinton to a degree. Privately & for multiple reasons, I’ll be very disappointed in my father if he votes for Trump and wish our state allowed him the option to write in an alternative, such as Mike Pence.
I choose not to watch the party/primary debates as it's a pathetic free for all, travesty to the debate process and filled with nothing but half-truths & lies. Instead I rely on multiple media sources and FactCheck.org to verify or disprove what was stated.
Direct from FactCheck's mission statement: "We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit “consumer advocate” for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics. We monitor the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players in the form of TV ads, debates, speeches, interviews and news releases. Our goal is to apply the best practices of both journalism and scholarship, and to increase public knowledge and understanding."
Sadly, I've found this website to be more honest and accurate than any presidential candidate during all the campaign seasons I've been eligible to vote in. Thankfully, they do present clearer representations of the candidates characters, actions and stated policies.
Normally I don't share my political views, but I will be voting for Clinton. I'm not happy with all her history, some of her policies or past approaches to both personal and political incidents. However, I find Trump to be a wretched, reprehensible human being both morally, professionally, and politically as well as a racist misogynist.
As a woman, mother of two daughters, Christian, lower middle class, military born & raised, American citizen who is accepting and tolerate of other cultures/religions/sexual & gender orientations, I'm voting for the lessor of the two evils presented.
A NO VOTE IS A VOTE!!
I highly urge everyone, regardless of party affiliation, because hell, I voted for George Bush TWICE, and every time is different, to thoroughly peruse the articles on FactCheck.org because unlike our presidential candidates, they aren't afraid to back up what they say.

I’m not trying to sway ANYONE into voting for someone else; it’s up to YOU to make the best informed choice YOU want to make. I ask people to RESPECT this and not respond with any vitriol to this blog post. I’ve NOT attacked Trump supporters OR anyone’s personal beliefs and ask you return this courtesy. I ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR RIGHT to have different beliefs than me and just because we may disagree DOESN'T mean we cannot be CIVIL.
